Molykote®, Xylan® (PTFE) and Everslik®
At Highland Electroplaters, we apply Xylan® (PTFE), Everslik® and Molykote® coatings using a precision spray application process. Components are subsequently oven cured at controlled temperatures to achieve optimal adhesion, consistent film thickness and durable performance characteristics.
These fluoropolymer and dry film lubricant coatings are engineered to deliver controlled friction, long-term lubrication and enhanced wear resistance. Xylan® (PTFE) systems in particular offer excellent corrosion protection and high temperature stability, making them suitable for aggressive environments and elevated service conditions. They also provide strong chemical resistance and are available in a wide range of colours and tailored formulations to meet specific application requirements.
